Do you need to register to vote?
Volunteers will again be outside of Bentley Dining Hall in Lock Haven on Saturday, August 25, 2018, from 11 AM to 2 PM helping people register to vote.
Today (August 24) Clinton County Democrats helped voters of all backgrounds and affiliations register to vote by hosting a registration table outside of Lock Haven University’s Bentley Dining Hall, located at the intersection of North Fairview Street and Glenn Road.
“We handed out over 100 voter registration forms [today],” said Joan Heller, volunteer and Clinton County Democratic Women vice president. “Students were very receptive to registering to vote in Lock Haven.”
The voter registration drive is intended to help incoming students register to vote in the community in which they will call home for at least their college tenure. However, anyone is welcome to stop by to pick up a registration form or drop off completed registration forms.
Learn how you can volunteer for the registration drive by contacting us here. If you’ll be 18 or older by Nov. 6 (Election Day) and haven’t yet registered, stop by to get your form!
You can now register online as well! Learn more about registering to vote online and how to check your voter registration status at www.VotesPa.com.
