Democrats and friends are invited to attend, “Cider & Candidates,” a free outreach event being planned for Saturday, October 26 in Renovo Borough.
The social gathering will take place from 1-2:30 p.m. at the 16th Street Park and will feature:
- Opportunities to meet candidates seeking office;
- Cider and festive autumn snacks;
- Fun activities, including pumpkin and rock painting!
“This is a fun way to bring Democrats and those interested in learning more about our party together ahead of the November 5 election,” said Rose Reeder, chair of the Clinton County Democratic Committee. “We are excited to be holding this event in Western Clinton County and hope that people from the surrounding precincts will come out and join us for this afternoon event!”
Candidates will also be planning outreach events before and after the event in an effort to learn more about constituents in the area and how they can best serve them while in office.
