The Clinton County Democrats will host a community blood drive with the American Red Cross on March 29 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Dunnstown Fire Hall, 119 Woodward Ave., Lock Haven.
Called the “Be Some-Bunny’s Hero Blood Drive” due to the event’s proximity to Easter, this event is being held in support of our community and the ongoing, urgent need for blood.
Masks are optional. Snacks provided.
To be eligible to donate, do not donate after January 31.

Blood is a perishable product that can only come from volunteer blood donors. With someone in the U.S. needing blood every two seconds, blood products must be constantly replenished, according to the Red Cross.
According to the Red Cross, donors with all blood types are needed, especially those with types O negative, A negative and B negative.
