Every Democrat or person supporting a Democrat running for office this fall has a role to play in this year’s election. Luckily, there are several ways you can support Democratic campaigns from Clinton County.
Volunteer time
Do you enjoy talking with people and sharing information about candidates? Help register voters, encourage voter turnout by joining text campaigns and canvassing outreach efforts. Phone banking takes place each Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Democratic Campaign HQ at 507-509 E. Main St., Lock Haven. Volunteers are also welcome to sign up for shifts covering HQ office hours: 12-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Hold a house party
Want to help local candidates by introducing them to your friends and family? Consider hosting a house party and we can help coordinate to ensure Denise Maris or Mike Molesevich can attend. Make a donation
Looking to support outreach efforts for campaigns, but don’t have time to volunteer? Consider making a financial contribution to either the Clinton County Democratic Committee, which supports all candidates locally, or to a specific campaign. Click the links below to donate.
As you know, a lot is at stake in 2022 elections. We need all the support we can get to ensure the policies our party holds dear are able to be implemented. In addition to working hard to support all our Democratic nominees, we are covering rent for our campaign office for five months. The CCDC is now accepting secure online donations via both PayPal and ActBlue, a platform that supports Democratic candidates and initiatives.
