Not able to make it to the polls on Election Day? Consider an absentee ballot… before October 30.

Are you a registered voter who is unable to physically make it to the polls on Election Day? Consider looking into submitting an absentee ballot.

People who may vote by absentee ballot include:

  • College Students.
  • Those whose work or vacation takes them away from the municipality where they live.
  • Those with a physical disability or illness that prevents them from going to the polling place.
  • Members of the military.
  • Those who may have a conflict due to the celebration of a religious holiday.

Registered voters must apply for a civilian absentee ballot between September 17 and October 30. The completed ballots must then be received by the county registration office by 5 p.m. Friday, November 2.
