The Clinton County Democratic Party held its annual Spring Dinner on Thursday, April 12 at the Moose Family Center in Lock Haven.
Various speakers and candidates attended the event; Phil Reeder provided musical entertainment; and two individuals were honored for their commitment to the local party.
Joe Waltz, local party chairman, announced that Kim Coleman (co-vice chair of the Clinton County Democratic Committee) and LaKeshia Knarr (secretary of the CCDC) were the recipients of the 2018 Democrat of the Year Awards.
