The Clinton County Dems Kick Cancer Relay For Life team will be having a fundraiser at Wendy’s in Lock Haven on Monday, January 27.
Plan to enjoy supper at Wendy’s and help the Clinton County Dems Kick Cancer.
The team will receive 10% of all sales from 5 to 8 p.m. This includes dine-in, take-out and drive-thru. All proceeds raised by the team will benefit The Clinton County American Cancer Society.
The Clinton County Dems Kick Cancer Relay For Life team is made up of cancer survivors, caregivers, and friends.
“Our fundraising goal for 2020 is $7,000,” said Roxanne Embick, team co-captain. “We know we can reach this goal, and every dollar helps!”
According to the American Cancer Society, “1 in 3 people in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime…. When you join a Relay For Life event, you’re helping the American Cancer Society fund groundbreaking research, crucial patient care programs, and education and prevention information. When you Relay, you help save lives.”
